He is survived by: his children, Nathan Kempf, Amber Hamner and Hollie Manous; and his siblings, Clarence Richard Kempf (Thelma), Genevee Houston and Lois Juanita Kempf. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; three step-daughters.
