She was predeceased by: her parents, George Andrews and Jennie Andrews; her husband William Edwin Hale (Bill) of Bedford, IA; her son Andrew 'Andy'; and her brothers, Ronald, Norman and James Andrews.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Merritt (Michael) of Van Meter, IA and Sherri Hale of Olathe, KS; her grandchildren, Alaina Merritt, Jason Merritt (Mary) and Matthew Hankins (Amanda); her great grandchildren, Austin, Christian Penton and Ryleigh Hankins; her sister Dolores Lewis of San Angelo, TX; and her sister-in-law Darlene Andrews of Lake Ozark, MO. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
