He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Roach and Frances Roach (Frieze); and his siblings, Marilyn George, Richard, Billy and John Roach.
He is survived by: his children, Tyrrell Roach (Amy) and Tanaya Cook (Leah Dye); his sisters, Julia Grauer, Deborah Fox (Michael) and Cordelia Kintigh (Bradley); and his grandchildren, Ethan Cook, Elexia Cook, Ember Cook, Elekzander Cook, Tobias and Josiah Roach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
