He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Marie (Welch) and Vern David Meade; his spouse Anne Marie Gebhards; his siblings, Robert Meade, Richard Meade and Barbara Jones; and his son-in-law Bill Scoggin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Diana Scoggin and Judith Wall (Russell); and his granddaughters, Abby Long (Blake), Sarah Scoggin and Jennifer Scoggin. He is also survived by two great-grandsons, numerous nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital, Shriner's Hospital, or Cure Alzheimer's.
