He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Turner; his children, Ed Treese (Barbara) and Becky Bolyard of Olathe; his brothers, Howard Treese (Billie), Yuma, Harold Treese (JoAnn) and Camdenton; his grandchildren, Brad Bolyard (Kelly), John Bolyard (Maria) and Jennie Moore (Justin); his great grandchildren, Jillian, Ashlyn, Bekah, Austin, Stella and Scarlett; and also Lake Lotawana.
