She was predeceased by: her parents, Byrl R. Dougan and Bettie C. Dougan (Kiser); her brother Phillip Dougan; and her nephew-in-law Troy Walker. She is survived by: her siblings, Pam Dougan, Debby Renshaw (Roger) and Michael "Mick" Dougan (Vicky); her sister-in-law Linda Dougan; and her nieces and nephews, Erin Walker, Coby Dougan (Melissa), Brian Renshaw (Elizabeth), Abbie Schafer (Curt) and Ashley Kempt.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Price Funeral Home (120 E 1st St, Maryville, MO 64468). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In memory of Freida, the family suggests memorials to Three Rivers Hospice.
