He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Heitmann; his children, Dawn Lavezzi (Dino), Keith Heitmann (Sue) and Andy Heitmann (Brandi); his grandchildren, Caleb, Autumn, Sabrina, Garrett, Mason, Cole, Melanie and Matthew; and his sister Dodie Hardester.
