He is survived by: his son Dr. Philip Gabriel Gomez (Kacie); his grandchildren, Mason Gomez, Kelcie Gomez and Samuel Gomez; his stepchildren, Edwin Hernandez (Shannon Katherine), Hans Hernandez (Mayil) and Nicole Hernandez; his stepgrandchildren, Samantha, Nicholas, Katherine and Adrian; his siblings, Ellen Gomez DeFilippo (John Ellis), Karen Walker (Don), Loren Gomez and Dr. Carlen Fifer (Kirk); his son Gabe; and also Marta. He is also survived by his son, his sisters, their children, his grandsons, and all of his family.
