He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Carlock (Mark) and Marlo (Annette); and his daughters, Laura Bailey (Don) and Michelle Adams (Duane). He is also survived by 3 Nephews. 2 Nieces, 5 Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Grandchildren.
