He was predeceased by: his father John Carpunky. He is survived by: his wife Tina Carpunky; his mother Alice Carpunky; his children, Christopher Carpunky, Katie Carpunky and Jamie Carpunky; and his sisters, Carol Carpunky, Joan Pallme (George) and Susanne Carpunky.
A prayer was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery Chapel (980 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031).
