With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James E. Thompkins of Maryland Heights, Missouri, born in East Prairie, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on January 31, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan E. Thompkins and Sarah Louise Thompkins; and his siblings, Agnes (Weldon Duff), Betty (Leo Moeller), Barbara Thompkins and Jerry Thompkins.
He is survived by: his brother Jack Thompkins. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Valhalla Cemetery Chapel (7600 St Charles Rock Rd, St. Louis, MO 63133).
