He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Eugene and Frances Rose Hormann (Wilson); and his siblings, Jackie May, Yolanda Hormann and Michael Hormann.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jerrie Hatch of Alton, IL and Kim Whitehead of East Alton, IL. He is also survived by 2 nephews; 3 nieces; 1 great nephews; and 7 great nieces.
