He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter George and Helen Katherine Popp (Stroessner); his daughter Barbara Galloway; and his siblings, Mary Helen Popp, Calvin, Ralph and Lawrence Popp.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Marie Harbison; his sons, Richard Popp (Debbie) of Tebbetts, Andy Popp (Linda) of Mexico, Larry Popp (Allison) of Atlanta, GA, Randy Popp (Allison) of Fulton and Doug Norton (Vicki) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his son-in-law Rodney Galloway of Monroe City; and his grandchildren, James Galloway, Christine Galloway Hibdon, Cheryl Galloway, Jennifer Popp Davis, Daniel Popp, Brian Popp, Amy Popp Casey, Nicki Popp, Joshua Popp, Adam Neale, Anna Neale Worthington, Joseph Neale, Lance Popp, Matthew Popp, Karlie Popp, Justin Popp, Doug Norton, Jr. and Jennifer Norton McCoy. He is also survived by 38 great-grandchildren.
