He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Josephine Schwartze (Deimeke); his siblings, Richard Schwartze and Marilyn Mollet; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Schwartze and Charlie Mollet.
He is survived by: his wife Diana J. DeVault; his children, Randy Schwartze of Martinsburg, Joanna Schwartze of Martinsburg and Danny Schwartze (Nichole) of Overland Park, KS; his grandchildren, Annelissa Taylor of Kansas City, Cordell Hollensteiner of Columbia and Jolene Hollensteiner of Martinsburg; his siblings, Leo Schwartze of Mexico and Mildred Jennings (Chuck) of Wellsville; his brother-in-law John; and his grandmother DeVault of Palm Springs, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Joseph School Trust Fund, Mexico Veterans Home or the Central Missouri Honor Flight.
