She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Bramble and Shannon Spurling; and her spouse Emory Meador Cox. She is survived by: her children, James Emory Cox (Lisa) of Mexico, Elise Kay Cox of Mexico and Chad William Cox (Tammy) of Troy; her grandchildren, Callie, Tucker Cox, Kamille Reynolds, Kyler and Ashlyn Cox; her brothers, Russell Spurling (Tammy) of Hannibal and Jim Spurling (Jeanne) of Annapolis, Maryland; and her granddaughter Jane Shire (Don) of Mexico.

Memorial donations may be made to the Martinsburg Community Church.
