He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Leesmann; his brother Fritz Leesmann; and his nephew Caden Leesmann. He is survived by: his wife Lauren Denise LaJeunesse; his children, Trevor Di Falco, Cody Leesmann, Hayle Machelett (Zach) and Alex Leesmann; his grandchildren, Chance, Crew and Case; his mother Mary Jane Leesmann; his brothers, Mike, Bobby, Randy, John and David Leesmann (Janice); and his cousins, Chris Leesmann and Allison Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A celebration of life was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 10:15 AM at the Martin Funeral Home (16137 State Hwy 47, Marthasville, MO 63357). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (13497 S Missouri 94, Marthasville, MO 63357).
