With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Kay Johnson of Marthasville, Missouri, born in Evansville, Indiana, who passed away on February 8, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Smith and Eldo Smith. She is survived by: her husband Doug Johnson; her children, Tim Johnson (Adri), Phil Johnson and Tammy Hlavka (Michael); her grandchildren, David, Jonathon, Nicole, Cassandra Mosqueda, Matthew Johnson and Jesse Hlavka; and her siblings, Jo Ann Roberts and Jim Smith.

Memorial donations are appreciated to the Salvation Army in honor of Judy, c/o Martin Funeral Home.
