He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sherry Kay Abel; his former wife Sheila Kay; his father Merlin Kopmann; his parents-in-law, Elroy and Virginia Schroeder; his mother Doris Kopmann; his children, Eric Kopmann (Sarah), Leann Davis (Neal), Megan Abel and Jacob Abel; his grandchildren, Luke, Sadie, Cara, Callie Kopmann, Colton, Augustus and Hazel Davis; his siblings, Peggy Parks (Bud), Mary Rehmeier (Dean), John Kopmann (Shari), Theresa Flagg (Dave), Thomas Kopmann (Ginger) and Terry Kopmann; and his sister-in-law Donna Diehl (Leo).
