He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Addie. He is survived by: his wife Fay Ann Merriman; his son Jeremie Johnston; his sisters, Rosemary Coplin and Wanda Reeves; and his stepdaughters, Dawn Settle and Tami Wood. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
