He is survived by: his parents, David Leesmann and Janis Leesmann; his brother Lincoln; his grandparents, Kenny Ruth (Tina), Cyndi Ruth and Jane Leesmann; his aunts and uncles, Crystal Ruth (Kyle), Leah Schulte (Brian), Matt Mitchell (Grace), Heather Mitchell, Jenn Spillers (Jeremy), Miranda Ruth, Randy Leesmann, Wayne Leesmann (Lauren) and John Leesmann; and his cousins, Porter, Rogen, Dade, Renyk, Elliot, Izabelle, Chase, Nick, Taylor, Cody, Hayle and Alex.

Memorial donations may be made to Friends of Kids with Cancer, Kelsie's Hope or Catch A Dream in honor of Caden.
