She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis and Gertrude Lewis; her brother Don Lewis; and her sister-in-law Pat Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Smith of Marthasville; her daughters, Anita Arnold (Jeff) of O'Fallon, IL and Jackie Olson (Dan) of San Anselmo, CA; her stepdaughter Alecia Tubb (Jeris) of Mayflower, AR; her siblings, Frank Lewis (Karen) of Marthasville, Harold Lewis (Barb) of Columbia, Gary Lewis of New Monmouth, NJ and Janice Peters (Jim) of St. Peters; her grandchildren, Aviana Arnold, Zane Arnold, Theo Olson and Nate Olson; her stepgrandchildren, Dacia Skinner (Mike) of Maryland Heights and Cicily Warbington (Jordan) of Mayflower, AR; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor Skinner and Seth Skinner. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives and many friends.
