He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Prince and Eva Prince (Ash); his son David Wayne Prince; his brother Thomas Gene Prince; and his sisters-in-law, Linda and Beverly Prince.

He is survived by: his daughter Angela Prince of Marston, MO; his siblings, Mack Prince of St. Louis, MO, Dub Prince of New Madrid, MO, Cary Prince (Mary) of Jackson, MO and Carolyn Ann Fowler (Ray) of LaForge, MO; and his grandson David Wayne Prince II. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
