He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley Fincher Hayes; his daughter Paula Carnell; and his parents, Jessie Lou and Acie Hayes. He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Loften Hayes, Ione Cook and Peggy Reed; his wife Connie Hayes of Marston; his sons, Ricky Hayes (Jo Ann) of Marston and Michael Hayes of Greenville; and his siblings, Johnny Hayes of Springfield, Ill., Edna Reno of Caruthersville and Jackie Hayes of Sikeston. He is also survived by Nine Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great Grandchild.
