He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Bruins and Alma Bruins; and his sisters, Helen Romberg and Janice Bruins. He is survived by: his wife Patty Bruins; his sisters, Linda (Norm Strecker) and Donna (Bud Jensen); and his children, Greg, Gary Bruins and Kim Moore.
