He is survived by: his wife Georgia Todd (Ince); his children, Lori Dinwiddie (Tipp), Kenny Todd (Terri), Tammy Thomas (Dennis), Addie Cooley (Tommy) and Tommy Todd, Jr. (Rebekah); and his siblings, Anita Stoops and Bobby Todd (Debbie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
