He is survived by: his children, Tyler Dean Slavens and Hannah Rose Skidmore (Slavens); his son-in-law Kaleb Skidmore; his pet Murphy; his grandchildren, Jim and Neta Willis; his wife Michelle Slavens; his mother Adra Lorene Slavens (Willis); his brother David Slavens (Kathy); his nephews, Harrison Sheppard and John Slavens; his great-nephew Wyatt; his great-niece Brianna Slavens; his niece Samantha Sheppard; his father-in-law Paul Sheppard (Martha); and his brother-in-law Chris Sheppard (Michelle). He is also survived by several cousins, family, and friends.
