He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Otto and Ione Otto; his wife Deborah; his son Charles T. Otto of Milwaukee, WI; his stepsons, Michael L. Bentley, Joshua L. Edwards (Rose Taylor) and Kristofer M. Nutt; and his siblings, Bruce, Brenda Otto of Kenosha, WI, Sam and James. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; and eight grandchildren.
