She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Cook and Mildred Thomas Cook; her husband Paul William Hunt; her son Wayne Hunt; her sisters, Helen Cantrell and Vidella Lakey; her niece Jennifer Hawkins; her great-niece Sasha Payne; and her brothers-in-law, Mike Dinwiddle, Tony Cantrell, Lloyd Detherrow and Lenard Lakey.

She is survived by: her daughter Regina (Curtis Greenfield); her grandchildren, Sonjia (Aaron Preston), Alex Hunt, Alysha Greenfield and Adrian Greenfield; her daughter-in-law Rose Hunt; and her siblings, Bob (Ann Cook), Martin (Pam Cook), Jane Dinwiddle and Judy (Robert Payne).
