He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elmo, Thela Baker, Jack and Bertha Basham; his cousin Randy Basham; his mother-in-law Sharon Campbell; and his sister-in-law Tonya Carpenter.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Dakota; his wife Angela; his children, Amanda Turley (Dakota) of Marshfield, Hartville of Marshfield, Noel Baker of Marshfield and Blake Baker of Marshfield; his grandchildren, Carleigh and Claira Turley; and his siblings, Johnie Baker (Cindy) of Lebanon, Mary Ann (Bobby Rodden) of Gainesville, GA, Anita Van Hooser and Valerie (Chad Hilderband). He is also survived by nieces, nephews several relatives, and many friends.
