He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Dunn (George) of Marshfield, Richard Perkins (Pamela) of Woodway, Texas and David Perkins (Melissa) of Poplar Bluff; and his grandchildren, William Dunn, Britni Mitchell, Loren Nichols, Kevin Dunn, Alex Dalton and Kaitlyn Morlan. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
