He was predeceased by: his parents, Wirth Fowler and Marion Fowler (Joiner); his wife Priscilla Herman (George); and his siblings, Burl Fowler and Shirley Troy.
He is survived by: his nephews, Doug Fowler (Rose) and Dan Fowler (Lora); his stepchildren, Tina McNelly (Richard) of Centerton, AR, Sueann Cottrell (Wayne), Joe Herman (Teresa) and John Herman (Joyce); and also Rex Fowler (Floridina).
