He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kenneth "J. K." and Georgia Louise Tarr (Morgans); his siblings, James Kenneth Tarr, Michael Wayne Tarr and Martha Jane Price; and his brother-in-law Richard Graves.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Tarr of Bolivar, MO; his children, Tonya (Jerry Strickland), Troy Tarr, Tamera Tarr, Tony (Cindy Jemes) and Jody Jemes; his grandchildren, Justin Strickland, Amber Strickland, Corbin Tarr, Shaylee Tarr and Morgan Wall; and his siblings, Kay Graves, Larry (Donna Tarr), Karol (Richard Garner) and Mark (Lisa Tarr).
