He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Buttram; his son Kenny Pall Buttram; and his siblings, Eual, Kermit, Dawson, Doal, Clovis, Bill, Clifton, Urban Buttram, Fern Williams and Freda Ferguson.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughters, Kimberly (Bud Rear), Kathy (Jamie Deckard) and Danielle (Tony Cross); his grandchildren, Michael Cunningham, Lindsey Pruitt (Cole), Logan Dodson, Taryn Dodson and Lauren Dodson; his great grandchildren, Carter, Carson Pruitt and Eli Cunningham; and his nephews, Gary Buttram and Dennis Buttram (Debbie). He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
The family suggests memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital in care of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., P.O. Box 85, Marshfield, MO 65706.
