He is survived by: his wife Linda Welch; his siblings, Jay Richard (Josie) and Noreen Bell of Kinder, Louisiana; and his stepdaughters, Angela Welch and Jennifer Welch. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
