He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Freitas and Vernona Freitas (Scott). He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Elwart of Marshfield and Manuel Freitas of Brentwood, California; his sister Susan Holland of Novato, California; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Justin, Brenden and Aiden; and his great grandchildren, Titali, Nakoa, Kaelo, Sione and Hezekiah.
A burial will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Springfield National Cemetery.
