He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Helen Smith (Kulchar) and Howard Smith; and his granddaughter Ash Marie. He is survived by: his significant other Karrie Smith; and his children, Jude, Ashley (Ray), Josh (Melinda), Danielle (Sam), Amethyst (Marshal), Mindy and Jennifer. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
