He was predeceased by: his parents, William Page and Mary Page (Wilkerson); his wife Linda Page; and his siblings, Chris, Patty, Billy and Sheldon.

He is survived by: his daughters, Amie Altendorf (Michael) of Stacy, MN, Charity Reeder (Dwayne) of Hamilton, MO and Leslie Boyd (Kevin) of Livingston, TX; his brothers, Larry Page and Randy Page (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Serra, Adam, Linsey, Alyssa, James, John, Michaela, David, Randy, Dakota, Colby, Cameron and Isabella. He is also survived by twenty-one great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
