She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Phillips and Annora Phillips (Stump); her husband John Bullard; and her brother Terry Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Tim Bullard (Suzy), Leslie Penka (Patrick) and Olivia Keeth; her grandchildren, Jesse (Natalie), Clayton (Jessie), Noah (Savannah), Kennedy, Aidan, Ava, Joel, Carson and Ainslie; her great grandchildren, Haisley, Rae Lynn and Kohen; her siblings, Ed Phillips (Jeri), Leon Phillips and Margaret Hiemer (Randy); and her friend Cheryl Kiefer.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and left in care of the funeral home.
