She was predeceased by: her parents, Fern Samuel "Cotton" Sampson and Mary Christine Sampson (Culver); her brother Sunny Sampson; and her great grandchild Ezra Paul Wellinghoff. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Rev. W. Scott (Anita Plavnick), Ontario (Laura) and Rev. Paul Wellinghoff of Eminence, MO; her grandchildren, Nathan, Andrea Plavnick of Charlotte, NC, Hannah, Rev. Allan Huang, Ontario, Joshua William Plavnick, Elizabeth Wellinghoff of Spring, TX, Josh and Natalie Wellinghoff of Chicago, IL; her great grandchildren, Jonathan Todd, Asher Plavnick, Constance Huang, Phineas Huang and Judah James Wellinghoff; and her siblings, Tom Sampson, Jim Sampson of Hartville, MO, Jack Sampson of Seymour, MO, Sonja Iris Nimmo (Sampson) of Kansas City, MO, Naomi Joyce Bridges (Sampson) of Blue Springs, MO and Jan Buttram (Sampson) of Conway, MO. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. (1131 State Hwy A, Marshfield, MO 65706). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
