He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Case and Ruby Case (Hoover); his parents-in-law, Lowell and Vivian Davis (Day); his sister Paula Greer (Talt); and his siblings-in-law, Susan Case and Rev. Bill Curwood.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Case (Davis) of Paul's Lutheran Church; his daughters, Lori (Tom Bloess), Tina (Mike Loftus) and Marta (Dale Fraker); his siblings, Hoover Case of Marshfield and Rev. Linda Curwood of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Narissa (Drew Mohnen), Sara Jane (Brandon Rust), Rebekah Plemmons (Travis Cantrell), Chelsea Loftus (Ryan George), Kile Fraker (Bel Long) and Brad Loftus; and his great grandchildren, Mac, Molly, Lanie, Lakyn, Remi, Lyla, Tate, Stetson and Hunter. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
