He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Underwood. He is survived by: his mother Lola Belle Underwood (Graves); his wife Pamela "Pamm" Underwood (Pitts); his children, Lacey Elizabeth Stokes (Ryan), Clay Weston Underwood (Kaitlyn) and Bailey Underwood Barker (Levi); his siblings, Kim Underwood (Pam), Lynn Underwood (Terri), Steve Underwood (Kathy) and Paula Ankrom (Michael); and his grandchildren, Easton, Weston, Mikaylin and Ollivander. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
