He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Gallagher and Irene Gallagher (Spriggs); and his brothers, Ralph Gallagher, Monroe Gallagher and Marvin Gallagher.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jean Gallagher; his children, Ronnie Gallagher of Arizona and Debbie Gallagher of Springfield; his sister Trudy of Tennessee; and his grandsons, Ronnie Gallagher of Nebraska, Jeremy Witcher of Springfield and Sean Ozier of Springfield. He is also survived by his eight great grandchildren.
