She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Rader and Delphia Rader (Peters); her husband Tommy Medlock; her granddaughter Melissa Medlock; her great grandchild Jaxon Callaway; and her siblings, Virtus Rader, Velma Temmerman, Christena Lowrance and Loisetta Wills.
She is survived by: her children, Tommy Joe Medlock (Carolyn), Dixie Leonard (Steve), Shirley Reid (Greg), James Medlock (Carla) and G. Adam Medlock (Missy); her sister Juanita Randolph; and her sister-in-law Barbara Medlock. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
