He is survived by: his children, Kim Williams and Tim Williams (Julie); and his siblings, Martha Harper of Round Rock, TX, Charles Williams, Bob Williams (Darcey) of Midland, TX and Mike Williams (Mel) of Midland, TX. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
