He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Herman; his brother Alan Herman; and his grandparents, Mark Bateman, Loris Kluge, Frank Herman and Clara Herman.
He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Herman (Bateman) of Marshfield; his sister Pam Herman of Niangua; his nieces and nephews, Kyle Smith and Kasey Smith; and his great-nephews, Paul Peak, Daniel Peak, Joseph Peak and Eli Ross. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
