He was predeceased by: his parents, John Callaway and Betty Nadine Callaway (Stewart); his niece Susan Ivie; his nephew Danny Shatswell; his great-nephew Jaxson Callaway; his parents-in-law, Nickie and Jack Jenkins; and his brother-in-law Joe Young.
He is survived by: his wife Jill; his children, Emily Peck (Brian), Andy Callaway (Laura) of Marshfield, Missouri and Aaron Callaway of Marshfield, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brayden Peck, Mackenzie Callaway, Maile Peck, Miya Callaway, Leighton Callaway, Madelynn Callaway, Samantha Callaway, Kason Peck, Raylan Callaway and Easton Callaway; his siblings, David Callaway, Sherry Young and Sue Rader (Gary) of Marshfield; and his siblings-in-law, Laurie Shatswell, Rod, Renee Jenkins, Jeff, Julie Jenkins, Shelley and Paul Coelho. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
