He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Ficken; his brothers, Rudy (Rudolph) and Rick Strobel (Richard); his parents, Rudolph Strobel and Opal Catherine Strobel; his children, Catherine Ann Strobel of North Carolina, John Richard Strobel of Conway, Julie Marie (Kevin Raven) of Lenexa, Lisa Diann (Charles Raymond Allen) of Derby and Laura Louise (Jerry Friesen) of Wichita; and his extended family, Kathleen and Bill Green of Nixa, MO. He was also cherished by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
