He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Lurvey and Ruby Lurvey (McQuerter); and his brothers, Jud of Nixa, MO and Jim of Brookline Station, MO. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Hall; his children, David (Angela) of Springfield, MO, Mitzy of Denver, CO and Doug (Erin) of Springfield, MO; his sister Cara Hibbard of Harrah, OK; and his grandchildren, Evan, Elli, Max and Quinn of Springfield, MO. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
No formal visitation due to covid.
