He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Day and Tennie Day (Shimel); and his brother Jack Day. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Herron; his children, Shannon Johnson (Jeff), John Day (Cara) of Marshfield and Josh Day (Valerie) of Marshfield; his grandchildren, Tyler, Allison, Ashley, Lorra, Justin, Colton, Emmalee, Taylor, Shawn and Brice; and his brothers, Raymond Day and Roger Day. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans (DAV) and left in care of the funeral home.
