She was predeceased by: her parents, James Adrian and Betty June McBride Fox; and her son Kevin Simmons. She is survived by: her husband Tom Simmons; her children, Lisa Norman (Jimmy) of Estill Springs, Heather Hays of Nashville, Jaime Bates of Springfield and Keith Simmons (Kim) of Ash Grove, Missouri; and her brothers, Robert Fox (Connie) of Cape Girardeau and Michael Fox (Patty) of Springfield, Missouri. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
